    First order I'm given the wrong burger entirely.

    Second order I asked for no pickles. Everything has pickles on it (5 items).

    Third order asked for water for my kids. Got ice tea.

    Called to complain, met with silence. When I asked if they had anything to say they said that they were waiting for me to stop talking. So I stopped for 2 full minutes and got no response.

    They can't get their orders right repeatedly and apparently don't care. Take your business elsewhere. Hopefully they will shut down.
