  Being from Philly, born and raised, I know firsthand how difficult it is to find a decent cheesesteak anywhere outside of Philly itself. I've tried cheesesteaks in every variety in many places and I can vouch for this place - it's the closest thing you'll find in this area to an authentic Philly cheesesteak. (If you haven't had a cheesesteak from Philadelphia, or you've had it once like 5yrs ago, please don't try to comment on the quality of these steaks. Also, a tip: don't order a cold sandwich from a cheesesteak shop. They're not bad, they're just not the "subs" most people are used to.)
  
  I've never had a problem with the service here, they've always been quick and efficient. Some of the guys are quiet but never rude. And no doubt they are honest because I accidentally left my wallet there once and the next day I called to see if it was there - they had it and said they were looking for me but hadn't found me yet. They made sure I was who I said I was before they just handed it over and they were great to talk to when I showed up.
  
  So if I were you, I'd definitely give it a try. It may not be for you but I think most Philadelphians would agree that it's pretty damn close to what we're used to.

  I ordered a ham and cheese hoagie and my boyfriend ordered a Italian. The menu said it came with lettuce tomato and mayo. I asked to clarify that no onions would be on it. I recieved my sandwich with only meat and cheese. I brought it back to the guy with curly dark hair and he argued saying nothing comes on it unless you ask. I pointed out how the menu mentioned lettuce tomato and mayo (which my boyfriends hoagie came with) He says he will add it. So I get the same sandwich back with lettuce tomato and mayo slathered across opening of the sandwich not on the bread at all. I bring it back once again and ask for a whole new sandwich and he gives me an attitude and the other guy makes it. He yells out ham hoagie take 3. This time it had mayo and only lettuce no tomato, which I ate because I was tired of bringing it back and they were so incredibly rude. Even after all that the sandwich was pretty terrible. This store is never busy and I'd guess the crappy service is the reason and now I know to not come back.

  Tried a steak and cheese last week and it was great. The portion of steak was much better than most sub shops around here. I don't like subs that are mostly bread so I will be going here again.

  Large cheese steak was tiny and way overpriced. As I drove off, I thought about the value and turned around and returned it.
  Much better value elsewhere, sad to see because we've been here a year earlier and it was much better.
  Obviously from the reviews that place is going down.
